by January 16, 2008 @ 10:06 pm

Homebrew developer Sektor has released an update to REminiscence PSP, a complete re-implementation of the engine used in Amiga title Flashback: The Quest for Identity. The engine was originally created by Gregory Montoir, while the game itself is a cinematic platformer developed by the now-defunct Delphine Software of France.
Additions in the latest update to the PSP port include compatibility with 3.80 M33 custom firmware and analog nub support. The full changelog is outlined below.
Release 0.1.9.3.80 (2008/01/17)
– compatible with 3.80 M33 firmware (should work on slim PSP)
– added analog nub support
– fixed a bug that made cutscenes always display in English even if French was selected
– removed power and credit cheat since it caused crashes and it was useless
– L & R no longer quick/load save since they could be pushed accidentally
