Sony’s PS2 isn’t kicking the bucket just yet. According to a Bloomberg Japan report, Atlus plans to release Persona 4 for the PS2 next year in Japan.

Indeed, it’s no surprise that Atlus is working on a new entry in the Persona series, considering how successful the franchise is in Japan. However, it is surprising that they have chosen to release the game on PS2.
