3DRealms: Duke Nukem Forever Planned For Multi Platform Release

by Mike Bendel on December 19, 2007 @ 4:47 pm

3DRealms CEO Scott Miller has revealed to UK trade outfit MCV that the oft-delayed Duke Nukem Forever is now planned for a multi-platform release. The title was originally announced back in 1997 for the PC.

We plan to have a multi-platform release if possible. We’re not nailing down a date yet, but we’re excited about the game’s progress.

No surprise there. With the less-than-stellar sales of PC titles like Unreal Tournament III and Crysis, it would be wise to branch out to other platforms.
