Gallery: Star Ocean: First Departure

Square Enix releases more than a handful of new screenshots from PSP title Star Ocean: First Departure. The game is an an enhanced remake of the first Star Ocean, which was released exclusively to the Japanese market back in 1996, near the end of the SNES’ life cycle.
First Departure hits Japan on December 27. While the folks over at Square Enix have made no plans for a US release, we sincerely hope this remake makes it over to the US, considering that the original was never released stateside.
