PS3 DivX Functionality Coming “Very Soon”

While the Xbox 360 now has DivX support, PS3 owners are still waiting, despite the functionality being announced over a month ago. Don’t despair, though. According to the folks over at DivX, a PS3 firmware update that will enable DivX support is coming “very soon.”

Hopefully that means within the next couple weeks.

Hmmmz well another Long wait for DivX while the 360 is laughing to the bank by being 5 steps ahead of Sony.

DivX is missing, In-Game XMB, what else have i heard about sony lacking in as opposed to M$'s 360 none come to mind right now.

But i've been to Sony's official forum and saw people complaining that PS3's need to have the Achievement system that the 360 has, not just a "trophy system" that @Home was supposed to bring since it was "Supposed" to have already been out.
