As if DLC exclusivity wasn’t enough, Activision has teamed up with Microsoft for a limited edition Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Xbox 360 bundle. It includes a metallic silver 320GB-equipped 360, with decals from the game strewn across a grunge-style background.

Also included is – of course – a copy of Modern Warfare 3 itself, themed bootup sounds built into the console, two custom wireless controllers, a one month subscription to Xbox Live Gold. The configuration will launch day and date with the game on November 8, commanding a $399 MSRP. It’ll be available in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and EMEA territories.

Microsoft also detailed two MW3-themed accessories, a wireless headset and controller, the latter of which is included in the bundle. Both are designed to match the look of the limited edition console, priced at $69.99 and $59.99 respectively. Notably, the controller features “a transforming D-pad that can be rotated to adapt to the user’s game play.” Purchasing either separately will net buyers an Xbox Live token redeemable for an “exclusive download.” Specifics beyond that weren’t given.
