Fancy slicing-and-dicing foes on the go? In response to fan questions, Team Ninja head Yosuke Hayashi has said that the development team is ‘thinking’ about a PS Vita take on the Ninja Gaiden franchise.

Right now, though, the team is focused on getting Ninja Gaiden 3 out the door:

We’ve received a PlayStation Vita system and are thinking about it. Having said that, right now we’re focused on Ninja Gaiden 3 for PS3, and after that’s complete we’ll start to look at ideas such as bringing out Ninja Gaiden on PS Vita because of course we’d like to expand the series

NG3 is due out on PS3 and Xbox 360 later next year.
