Talk about a quick turnaround — Capcom announced today that Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G, the “expansion” to Monster Hunter 2nd, will hit Japan March 2008, along with a limited edition PSP Slim bundle with the game included as a pack-in.
As revealed back in September, the game will feature upgraded monsters, as well as all-new locations and quests. Save data can also be transferred from the previous game.
The news comes mere months after the release of Monster Hunter 2nd, which has went on to sell over a million copies in Japan. Seriously, Capcom is churning out these new Monster Hunter games at a yearly rate.
