Developer Treyarch is churning out more DLC for Call of Duty: Black Ops, this time with an all-Zombies content pack.

“Rezurrection hurls players into orbit with Moon, the climax of the Call of Duty Zombies saga and the first in the series to drop zombie-slaying into low-G lunar battlegrounds. With new outrageous weapons, high-tech gear, and a bloodthirsty undead menace, Moon is the most challenging and thrilling Zombies adventure yet,” reads the announcement.

Four additional “re-mastered” Zombie maps are also included, Nacht der Untoten, Verruckt, Shi No Numa and Der Riese, and the Zombie factory. A timed exclusive, the pack will hit Xbox Live first on August 23.

Robby says:

Holy smokes.

Buying all the DLC is like buying an entire new game now price-wise.

BlackSheep says:

This is an over kill they make these maps before the game comes out and release them as dlc

Robby says:

I kinda doubt that.

Judging by the sizes alone of the maps packs put together, I doubt they would be able to fit all it on a single disc.

Dan says:

They better not make it too expensive. I've already bought Nacht, Verukt, Shi No Numa and Der Reise - They should have made those maps compatible from day one from previous bought DLC. If they do actually milk the final release of zombies I am going to be unbelievably pissed at Treyarch.

Edit: It seems those who got the hardened edition get the set for free. The rest of us have to pay twice. Great.

Robby says:

If you bought the Harden edition of the game you would have had access to the old zombies maps. It's no doubt it's going to be 1200msp atleast. They have no reason at all to go back to 800 seeing as people will still buy it at 1200.

Edit - I totally didn't read your edit :p

Dan says:

Well the hardened/prestige edition buyers get an entire new map for free, I guess that's a plus for them :p

BlackSheep says:

You dont have to pay for them

Dan says:

It's going to cost the same as usual map packs (4 maps and a zombie map) at $15 or 1200 MS points, so essentially yes, we are paying for them.

Robby says:

Blacksheep was saying you don't have to buy the maps. Like no one is forcing you to get them.

Craig Fairfax says:

Lol I was just saying the other day that I bet the next map pack will be an all zombies map pack. I don't mind though, it saves me money.

Dan says:

Well admittedly Zombies is extremely fun, and I guess I'll eventually at reduced price buy it just for the moon level.
