Massive Skyrim Billboard Graces Figueroa Hotel

With E3 2011 soon to be in full swing, publishers are snapping up advertising space everywhere in downtown LA in prep for the biggest video game event of the year. The folks over at Bethesda have plastered a massive Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim billboard on the side of the Figueroa Hotel. In 2009, a Final Fantasy XIII mural occupied the same spot.

Check out a photo of the epic spot above, courtesy of Bethesda’s Pete Hines. Given the sheer scale of Skyrim, we think it’s certainly fitting.

Bethesda should sell that poster for personal use. I'd buy one.

Last year Black Ops was probably the most publicized in terms of building posters, wonder what this years will be (Skyrim is currently in the lead!).
