I think i will try this out, but what is the "access USB mass storage, and other various features" part? I dont really understand what it means.

Well the access USB Storage is just accessing the memory stick via USB without going to the USB Connection icon in the XMB. The usbhost ISO redirection, it allows you to run games off your computer through USB. As for the video and screen capture it's kinda self-explaining.

hi i installed this after installing 3.71-2 and 1.50 addon 2 and was loving it, only thing is it seems to have caused a few problems... im no longer to get my vsh menu up anymore and i cant get into the config menu in the recovery mode... i deleted all the files for the extender but i still cant get them to work. i need to get into either one to stop the umd drive starting as it starts over all my iso games. any help on this would be really appreciated

Hmm... first did you disable the plugin? Just deleting the files won't disable it, you need to manually disable it in the recovery menu.

Also try going to advanced settings in the recovery menu and select Format flash1 to reset settings.

sorry if this spams but just wanna say thanks for your help the reset worked great, is it worth re-installing cfe 1.8.1 again? only really wanted it for the screen shot taker lol

If you just want to take screenshots I'd recommend using weltall's screenshot PRX. Works great. I attached it to this post:

If you have other plugins installed, then be sure to add the line

ms0:/seplugins/screenshotbmp.prx

to each *.txt file in seplugins, instead of using the ones contained in the zip. Screenshots can be taken by using the NOTE button.

oki wrotethat in the only txt file i had in the plugins folder and put the prx file in the popsloader folder, and i cant seem to find it in the recovery menu plugins menu... where di i go wrong lol

It's not that hard, if you dont have the two other text files then copy over the ones from the zip I attached.

Then it should show up three times in the plugins menu, enable all three.
