With the impending release of Resistance 3 in fall, Sony plans on offering an enticing deal for newcomers to the PS3 exclusive franchise later this summer, dubbed the Resistance Greatest Hits Dual Pack. It bundles Resistance and Resistance 2, plus additional DLC perks worth $10, for $39.99. It’ll also include an exclusive skin for Resistance 3.

While Sony has yet to issue an official announcement, IGN spotted mention of the dual pack in a promotional insert for Blu-ray title Battle: Los Angeles. Given that both titles still retail for $29.99 each, this is a deal that holdouts may want to jump on, especially when you factor in the inclusion of DLC content.
