Firmware 2.81 Released

Just as firmware 2.8 was decrypted, Sony has now released a firmware 2.81 update for the PSP. This update apparently blocks the TIFF image library exploit, so if you are currently on 2.8 and want to run homebrew it is advised to not update at this time.
