Silicon Knights Not Finished With Too Human, Intends To Complete Trilogy

An ongoing lawsuit and mixed reception hasn’t put a damper on Silicon Knights’ plans to see the Too Human trilogy to completion. Despite being in development for years, the Xbox 360-exclusive action RPG garnered only a 65 on Metacritic and sold around 168K units in its debut month.
Nevertheless, Silicon Knights still plans to complete the rest of the trilogy. “We intend to finish the trilogy but no comment beyond that… You know, there’s very public litigation around that,” SK head Denis Dyack told IndustryGamers in a recent interview.
In March, a federal court established that Silicon Knights’ allegations over Epic Games had merit. The company contests that Epic failed to deliver a complete, fully-functioning build of Unreal Engine 3. It further asserts that Epic withheld an “improved” version of the engine during development of Gears of War, violating contractual agreements between the parties.
