Gee, who would’ve thought? Mass Effect 3 looks very similar to its predecessor. That’s not a bad thing, of course. The first in-game screenshots come courtesy of GameInformer, whose latest print mag features a 12-page spot on the third outing in BioWare’s sci-fi RPG trilogy.

Specifically, the images highlight Commander Shepard gunning down Cerberus forces. There’s also a bit of lens flare thrown in for good measure.
