Capcom: ‘At Least One More’ Original Title for 2012
by Mike Bendel on April 14, 2011 @ 10:11 am

Capcom is striving to rely less on tried and true properties, as evidenced by the recent announcement of Aura’s Wrath and Dragon’s Dogma at Captivate 2011. Company COO David Reeves says more is in the pipeline, though. Expect ‘at least one more’ original title from the Mega Man developer next year:
“We’ve already announced Asura’s Wrath and Dragon’s Dogma, and there will be at least one more original title from us that will come out next year,” Reeves told CVG.
While we’d certainly like to see long-dormant Capcom franchises like Breath of Fire and Dino Crisis make a return, it’s refreshing to see new IP, too.
