PSP-FTPD v0.4.0

Homebrew developer Zx-81 has released an update to PSP-FTPD, a fully functional FTPD server for the PSP. By using it users can access their PSP through any standard file transfer protocol (FTP) client and transfer various files via WiFi.
The update includes only one change, bringing support for the 3.X kernel, meaning it is now compatible with the PSP Slim as well.
