At long last, DICE and EA have released the first-ever teaser trailer for Battlefield 3, the direct sequel to 2005′s popular multiplayer focused shooter. The tease puts an end to years of silence and speculation.

Don’t expect much in the way of details, yet. However, there’s a release window revealed at the tail end of the teaser: fall 2011. That’s around the same time Modern Warfare 3 is expected to arrive. It’s due out on PS3, Xbox 360, and PC.
