Jericho Denied Release In Germany

by Mike Bendel on September 25, 2007 @ 3:40 pm

Yet another video game has fallen victim to Germany’s strict rating policies. According to a German news outlet, the game adaptation of Clive Barker’s Jericho has been officially denied a rating by the USK — Germany’s software rating organization.

As such, the game is to be prohibited from being sold at German retailers and online shops. Codemasters have no intention of toning the game content down either, so it looks like Jericho will unfortunately miss Germany.
