The King of Fighters Returns In 2009

Fabled fighting franchise The King of Fighters is poised to make a return… in 2009. SNK confirmed today that the twelfth entry in the series is slated to hit North America on the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360 in early 2009.

While no in-game footage was shown, SNK’s overseas marketing manager Yoshihito Koyama briefly described the game as “3D mixed with 2D.” Koyama also said that an arcade version of the title is planned, but will be hitting the Japanese market months following the release on consoles.

sounds like they could do something the same as Dracula X Chronicles....

should be good....better than the last one at least....
