New Tomb Raider to Feature Multiplayer Component?

by Justin B. on December 22, 2010 @ 3:42 pm

According to a Gamasutra job listing, Crystal Dynamics, the developer of the upcoming Tomb Raider reboot are seeking a “multiplayer producer” and “senior multiplayer game designer”. The listing specifically says “come and work on the new Tomb Raider” so any doubts about of it being related to another game are squashed.

Tomb Raider: Guardian of Light was the first title in the series to introduce a multiplayer game component although it was restricted to co-operative play only. It’s unclear whether the new game will feature adverse and/or co-operative play at this point.
