THQ has just released the second developer diary for Homefront discussing the multiplayer component of the game. Homefront is a new FPS title by THQ which involves the invasion of the United States by the Koreans with the battles taking place on American soil.

The multiplayer will feature various vehicles, including drones, helicopters and tanks. Players will be able to unlock these vehicles in-game through game points that they earn for various feats they complete in the game. Be sure to check out the video above for a full breakdown.

Homefront is being developed by Kaos Studios and is scheduled for release on March 8th, 2011 in the US and March 11th in Europe. You can expect to play the title on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and the PC.
