Xbox Live Rewards Program Annnounced

Major Nelson has just announced the new Xbox Live Rewards program which rewards you for your purchases on the Xbox Live service (US and UK only). For example, if you renew a 12-month subscription you will receive 200 MS points which you can spend at your leisure.  After the break you will find a chart detailing various activities that net you reward points.You can check out the program’s website here.

Actually yeah I don't see that being all that useful.

I'm sure if you do some of those things, in time it would be rewarding and you would probably be able to buy something for free.

Plus the survey's each month can add up and get some avatar things.

I don't see it being to rewarding, but atleast it's something.

Also I noticed you get points for buying things in the marketplace so if you are an avid buyer, you can get ms points back.

Like I said, not too rewarding but it is something
