SMS Plus PSP v1.2.4

PSP homebrew developer Uberjack has released an updated build of SMS Plus PSP, a Sega Master System and Game Gear emulator designed for the PlayStation Portable.
New to this release is an updated menu UI complete with animations and various bug fixes.
Changelog v1.2.4:
* Various bug fixes
* Added animations to the menu UI
* Fixed buffer overflow error affecting units without a battery
