PS3 Firmware 1.92 Released

Sony just put up PS3 firmware 1.92 for download on Network Update. The list of changes is still unknown at this time (we’ll know once Sony updates the NA site) but users are already reporting quicker XMB load times, as well as the ability to add flash backgrounds.

Once again, PS3 firmware 1.92 is now available on Network Update. Alternatively, you can download the update at the link below.

Several users over at the Underground forums are reporting PSNetwork problems with this update.

These are the following changes with this update

*Ability to use Flash Wallpapers :cool:

*Faster XMB load times

*Various improvements with the Internet Browser

*Auto Power Off for controllers

*Thumbnails in Video Section

*Synchronized game clips in the games folder load up

*Faster transition from game to XMB

*Updated backwards compatability

It seems alot of this isn't true.
