Clip: Gran Turismo 5′s Gorgeous Weather Effects

Come November 2 in North America, we’ll soon find out if Polyphony Digital’s latest masterpiece — Gran Turismo 5 — was worth the absurdly long wait. What better way to ease the wait in this final stretch with a new gameplay video?

Sony has offered up a clip that shows off GT5′s meticulously detailed weather effects — from rainfall to light flurries of snow. The clip, at around 0:25 edges into jaw-dropping territory if you ask us. Take a gander up above and share your thoughts.

Looks nice, but i am bored of waiting for it now.... I absolutely agree that a finished product should be the best it can be but honestly i enjoy a build up but this long?

Same thing goes for GT4 for the PSP.
