PSPComic v0.9.9 Beta 2

Archaemic & Kip have released an update to PSPComic, a fully-featured comic book reader for PSP that allows users to view comics in either CBR or CBZ format. The release features faster rotation and zoom functions, as well as various bug fixes and an option to entirely disable the analog nub.

* [Feature] One now has the ability to disable the analog nub entirely while using PSPComic
* [Bugfix] Fixed a crash in precaching that was introduced in v0.9.9
* [Bugfix] 8-bit color-keyed surfaces now work as expected
* Rotozoom algorithms optimized. They are now much, much faster
