There’s lots of downloadable content headed your way in June, especially if you’re an Xbox 360 owner. BioWare today announced that the second meaty expansion for intergalactic RPG Mass Effect 2 is set to arrive this next month, joining Activision’s recently-announced Resurgence pack for Modern Warfare 2.
Dubbed Overload, this episode expands on the Mass Effect 2 narrative, offering up 5 action packed levels and two new achievements. Command Shepard and his band of combat specialists set out to shut down a VI research base inhabited by a synthetic overlord. The VI overlord threatens to wreck havoc across the planet by means of controlling Geth and other technological instruments for nefarious purposes.
Set to hit Xbox 360 and PC simultaneously, the content will be priced at 560 MS/BioWare points.
