By way of the official Twitter page for THQ’s post-apocalyptic shooter Metro 2033, word emerges that development has nearly wrapped up on the first round of downloadable add-on content.

Like a fine single malt, the DLC is almost done… we hope to be able to take the wraps off it this week

Details are still unclear as to what the DLC actually entails. In a cryptic tease, last month developer 4A Games mentioned that the DLC is “probably not” what fans are expecting. Hang tight, folks.
