Tecmo Touts Ninja Gaiden 3 As Spectacular

With designer Tomonobu Itagaki no longer at the creative helm, Tecmo is taking its sweet time with the next installment in the Ninja Gaiden franchise.
Tecmo touts that the tentatively titled Ninja Gaiden 3, when it conceptualizes, will be nothing short of “spectacular.” That’s according to company senior managing director Yoshiki Sugiyama, speaking to UK-based site CVG:
Ninja Gaiden is such a beloved and important franchise for us and fans expect such great things from the next installment that we need to indulge in a little nurturing.
If and when we talk about a new Ninja Gaiden, it will be spectacular
Bold words for a title that has yet to be officially announced. At any rate, we’re compelled to see what Tecmo has lined up for the franchise from here on out.
