May the fourth be with you: in commemoration of Star Wars day, LucasArts has penciled in a firm release date for Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II, announcing that the title will hit store shelves on October 26. A multi-platform effort, the title is slated to hit PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, Nintendo DS, and PSP.

Picking up from where the original left off, players once again assume the role of Darth Vader’s secret apprentice. Timeline-wise, it is set between the events chronicled in Episode III and IV. Beyond that, details remain scant. More at E3, we presume.
