The next Call of Duty from developer Treyarch will take a detour to the Vietnam War, reports indicate. Although an official unveil isn’t scheduled until tomorrow, VentureBeat is apparently privy to the game’s title, calling it Call of Duty: Vietnam.
The shift in setting is hardly surprising. After five years of hammering away at the World War II sub-genre since 2005′s Call of Duty 2: Big Red One, this must come as a refreshing change of pace for Treyarch.
