i tried some games out, and found out that the loading time decreases by somewhat 20 SECONDS!!!! because it won't need to read the UMD. Nice job x3, M33!!!

For games that worked with the old drivers, we should do load-time tests. See whether Sony's No-UMD support loads any faster or slower than the legacy OE or M33 drivers.

Did you select the np9660 driver for NO-UMD in recovery mode?

If that doesn't work the game is most likely a bad dump. Also try disabling all options in Advanced -> Advanced Configuration

eh, not exactly. Much more to it than that.

3.51 has a lot more security than 3.40. Yeah, they reversed 3.40 OE. But then had to take it from there. They patched all of 3.51's extra security and now patched Sony's NO-UMD driver.

I'd say they definitely have major skill, nearly as much as D_A. Sure, they could've written M33 from the ground up, but that would take much longer.

They aren't telling both of those guys to stop development. They just don't want them to rename the firmware. Is that too much to ask? May be hypocritical since they are renaming Sony's firmware after all, but hey, the guys want some credit for all the hard work they've done (that I've seen no one else do). In the end, you can't compare becus or Test30's work to M33's - that's what people have been doing - and I think they got ticked off.

i'm not yet updating from the last OE version from DA, if i install the 3.51 m33 - 6 does it includes all the previous updates like the wlan patch and even 3.51 m33-4, and -5???:confused1:

nothings perfect. if i were them i'd go for improving the compatibly of themes. so i guess they'll have some more updates to come. :)

Theme compatibility is already perfect I believe. You just need to use 3.51 format RCOs.

hm... maybe i guess. i DID use a 3.51 format RCO and my psp still crashes.

Yet again, different thread, same response- the official 3.60 isn't even out yet, which means they haven't even gotten their hands on it. So no clue.

a little tut i found. sometimes if your ISO can't start (which the psp says the game cannot be started(80020321) ), but you're sure that the ISO is not corrupted, just open the UMD socket for 5 seconds, then close it, then start the game, and it works!

I've finally got 3.51 M-33 to work [and amazingly my old wallpaper from before the upgrade was kept safe!:)] and I was wondering how do I install this new upgrade?

Just move the "M33-SIX" folder to your GAME150 folder and then run the update from the Game menu.
