Shenmue II XBLA Bound, PartnerNet Image Suggests

The leaks continue to funnel out of Microsoft’s PartnerNet developer network. According to a snapshot that has surfaced from the same source that outed an XBLA rendition of Jet Set Radio, Sega intends to give Yu Suzuki’s highly-lauded, budget-shattering RPG masterpiece Shenmue II similar treatment.
The snapshot itself shows a listing for “”Project Berkeley II,” presumably a codename for Shenmue II, as sitting right beside the title is an avatar of the game’s protagonist Ryu. Way to be obvious, Sega.
