Next Silent Hill To Make E3 Appearance

Konami’s much-appreciated attempts to take hold of the horror crown continue in an all-new Silent Hill title for unspecified platforms. The company showed off a new entry in its dark and disturbing psychological horror franchise at a press event last night in San Francisco.
According to a Joystiq recount of the event, a brief trailer void of any narrative details was shown with a character that resembled James Sunderland from Silent Hill 2, sparking speculation that this may be a remake akin to Silent Hill: Shattered Memories. Sounds plausible. Vatra Games is said to be handling development duties. The title is scheduled to make an E3 appearance, so perhaps we’ll get a proper reveal there.
