BioWare Aims To Raise Quality Bar With Mass Effect 3
by March 22, 2010 @ 7:02 pm

If BioWare can deliver on its galactic ambitions, it’s safe to say that Mass Effect 3 will do fan service proud. Speaking a recent interview, company chief Ray Muzyka expresses hope that the next installment will raise the quality bar set by its predecessor.
It’s all going to be about quality, you know, so that’s the governor on everything we do. It’s striving for quality. Mass Effect 2 set a really high quality bar for us as a studio group, and, hey, we want Mass Effect 3 to exceed that.
Still no word on a date. If this one is set to raise the bar, then presumably BioWare will end up spending a bit more time on it, meaning we may well be in for a longer wait – especially with the team still pumping out DLC for ME2 left and right. No qualms with that if the end result is a better product.
