EA Partners Pick Up Shank And Deathspank

Despite rampant talk of downsizing, EA’s Partners initiative is still alive and kicking. EA plans to welcome indie efforts Shank and Deathspank into the fold later this year, according to a 1UP report.
Developed by Hothead Games, Deathspank is a Monkey Island-inspired action RPG romp that features eye-popping, almost cartoon-like visuals. Pictured below, Shank is a brutal yet stylish 2D beat-em-up reminiscent of Castle Crashers and is in development at Klei Entertainment. Both titles are due out on PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade, while Shank will hit PC as well.
