Red Dead Redemption Pushed To May

Once slated for release in late April on PS3 and Xbox 360, Rockstar’s Wild West sandbox-style effort has been pushed back to May 18 in North America. In its live conference call, parent company Take-Two called the setback a pure marketing decision, noting that it felt this was the “optimum time” to release the title. The revised date now falls in line with the European release, which is scheduled for May 21.
