Black Creator Working On New FPS

Codemasters is working on a new shooter IP with Black creator Stuart Black at the helm, according to a CVG report. An industry vet, Stuart previously served as the senior designer for EA Criterion’s PS2 FPS hit Black.
The publisher has also recruited Tom Gillo, former Game Director at SCE London Studio. Gillo will oversee the EGO engine-powered project as executive producer. Currently in search of additional talent, Codemasters has launched a recruitment drive for developers to join ranks at its UK-based Guildford Studio and work on the yet-unnamed title.
No word on platform specifics, but PS3 and Xbox 360 are safe bets.
