Ragnarok Online DS Announced

Today Gung-Ho Entertainment announced that it is working to adapt the popular Korean massively multiplayer role-playing game, Ragnarok Online, to the Nintendo DS. At the moment, gameplay details are scarce, but it’s likely that Ragnarok Online DS will play similar to the PC original along with some dual screen elements thrown into the mix.

Ragnarok Online DS is scheduled for a 2008 release in Japan.

From the Dubya to the Tee to the Eff. Seriously, the DS and the Wii were NOT made for MMORPGs. How the hell do they expect it to work. Especially on a handheld? Internet shorthand has permeated our culture bad enough WITH a keyboard.

And Nintendo's strict stance on the whole friendcode thing? That just makes it all the more impossible.
