Mass Effect 2 Zaeed DLC Delayed On Xbox 360

BioWare has hit a bit of a snag in rolling out the entire suite of Mass Effect 2 launch DLC encompassed by the Cerberus Network. While the Normandy crash site area is now available for download, Xbox 360 owners ready to welcome mercenary Zaeed into their crew of elite combat specialists will have to wait a bit longer, according to BioWare community spokesperson Michael Gamble.

Sorry all, we’ve had some delays with Zaeed. Your Cerberus account should still be able to access Normandy crash.

While no specific reason was given for the delay, expect the DLC to go live either tomorrow or Thursday at the latest. Considering there’s plenty of other characters waiting to be recruited, the setback isn’t all that jarring. Keep in mind this delay only affects the Xbox 360 version — the Zaeed DLC can now be accessed for those playing it on PC.
