World In Conflict Spreads To 360

Previously announced for the PC, Sierra Games has officially revealed that it is bringing World In Conflict to the Xbox 360. Developed by Sierra’s in-house Swordfish Studios in conjunction with Massive Entertainment, World In Conflict is set to debut as a representation of the next-generation of strategy games.
The game will pit Cold War-era superpowers against once another with destructible 3D battlefields, impressive visuals, and a break from the age-old RTS formula that replaces traditional base-building with non-stop FPS-like combat, while still retaining the tactical element of the RTS genre.
Sierra reassures that this is not a lazy PC to console port and will include controls optimized specifically for the 360, as well as a retooled HUD (heads-up-display) that is more suited for a console experience.
