Activision just sent over the first trailer of Tony Hawk’s Proving Ground. Anyone who has been a long-time fan of the Tony Hawk series will probably agree that the games have been losing ground over the years. However, it looks like Neversoft is aiming to change that. This new trailer of Proving Ground shows some highly detailed environments as well as a great deal of environmental interaction. For instance, your skater can now bust down walls to uncover a new grind spot.

The trailer also shows off a brief glimpse of the new level editor, which looks to be much more customizable than what we had in past Tony Hawk games. That’s enough talk though, check out the clip and see for yourself how Neversoft plans to reinvent this classic punk skateboarding series.
