Sony announced today thatPS3 title topatoi: The Great Tree Story, an arcade platformer developed by Boolat Games, is heading stateside. Seated in a futuristic “whirligig,” players assume the role of Raph and company, met with the predicament of retrieving spare parts for a broken aircraft.
To make matters worse, Raph’s girlfriend is kidnapped and in the clutches of an evil syndicate known as Blackwing. It’s up to players to save Raph’s love and rebuild the aircraft piece by piece by collecting scattered parts throughout worlds ranging from lush jungles to strange technologically advanced interiors. Not an everyday task.
A gameplay video of the title can be viewed above. Already released in Europe, topatoi will make its stateside debut on PSN later this year.
