The PSP remake of Final Fantasy hits June 26 in North America, and our friends over at Square-Enix have a special event planned to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Final Fantasy.

The event will kick off at 6:00 PM and will be held on Tuesday, June 26, at the PlayStation Store in Metreon, San Francisco.

The first 100 attendees will receive some commemorative giveaway items. Additionally, Final Fantasy for the PSP will be available for purchase and gamers will get a chance to spend some hands-on time with the upcoming Final Fantasy II remake for PSP.

That's all cool, but too bad I already imported the jap version of FF 1, and 2, being just released yesterday, is on the way, because they have complete english options. I don't understand the lag between their version and ours (USA), all they had to do was take the 2 japanese language options out, that's it.
