SCEE: DLC Is Key For PSP

by Mike Bendel on June 6, 2007 @ 8:31 pm

During the DevStation developers conference, Pocket Gamer got the chance to ask Zeno Colaco, vice president of publisher and developer relations at SCEE, a few questions on what’s next for the PSP.

The biggie: Downloadable Content. Colaco says this will be a key factor to the PSP’s success as the industry moves into 2008. Colaco goes on to say that PSP and PS3 integration is also a key factor.

PSP and PS3 integration is nice and all, but people who own both a PSP and PS3 are few and far between. Good to see that getting the downloadable service out for PSP is a main focus. The service is expected to launch later this Fall.
