America’s Army 3 Hits Steam June 17

The Army is taking advantage of increased visibility offered by digital distribution as Valve announced today that Unreal Engine 3-powered combat simulator America’s Army 3 is now available for pre-loading through Steam and will be available on the service starting June 17.
Promising an “authentic and entertaining” experience, the title offers realistic visuals and a wealth of team-based experiences, giving players a sense of what being in the Army is like from a virtual perspective.
For those who download the title through Steam, included are service-specific features such as auto-updating and achievements, all powered by Steamworks.
