At its E3 press conference Ubisoft lifted the wraps on No More Heroes 2 Desperate Struggle, a direct follow-up to the original anime-styled hit.
The title continues the tale of punk anti-hero Travis Touchdown, who finds himself rock bottom on the UAA charts. Not content with being diminished to such a position, the egotistical Travis sets out to reclaim his title as a blood-thirsty assassin. Promised to make a return is the fast, frantic and fun gameplay of the original, along with gigantic boss battles.
“Ubisoft is excited to bring No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle to North American gamers,” said Tony Key, senior vice president of sales and marketing at Ubisoft. “No More Heroes won countless accolades from both gamers and media alike, making the sequel one of the most anticipated core titles for Wii.”
No More Heroes 2 is slated to hit the Wii in early 2010.
