Sony Invites UK Gamers To Create Their Own World, Win A PSP-3000

In its latest PSP marketing effort, Sony Europe has launched a new competition inviting UK-based gamers to let their imagination run wild and create a personalized virtual world.

The world should signify your interests, hobbies, and anything else that defines you as a person. Those interested in taking up the creative challenge can head on over to Sony’s UK site and get started. Anyone who creates a world through the site will be automatically entered in a drawing to win a PSP-3000 unit. The contest runs up until the end of this year, with PSP units being given out on a per month basis.

For inspiration, check out the above video clip courtesy of Don’t Panic in which former BBC TV artist Jay Jay Burridge creates a life-sized PSP using objects that interest him, from a stereo speaker to a electronic keyboard. There’s even a Darth Vader prop thrown into the mix.
