As if Japan didn’t have enough DS Lite colors to choose from, Nintendo is now releasing a glossy yellow DS Lite emblazoned with Pikachu’s adorable face on the front. This special edition DS Lite will set you back 16,800 Yen, the same price as any regular DS Lite, but there is a catch. You’ll have to visit any Pokemon Center in Japan through June 1 to July 1 and fill out an application to be chosen as a candidate to buy one. If selected, you will be sent a notification letter, authorizing you to purchase your prize between July 20 and August 19.

I have to admit, the yellow is looking sexy. Let’s hope Nintendo brings this color stateside.
